.     Monument Sign Detail: All aluminum with base at grade (or slightly below if permitted for aesthetics only.)
.     This footing configuration shows offset mounting pole with caisson out of the PUE (Public Utilities Right-of-way). This proposed installation allows the sign to cantilever over the PUE without below grade impact in the PUE ROW.
.     Property owner is willing to sign agreement with City of Peoria to remove sign upon request for any City approved PUE excavation access required. Sign can then be re-installed using same internal pole and caisson.

7-18-6 Note below from Cawley Architects with site plan (partial) above.

"This is further to the city comments for the location of the monument signage. I have been coordinating with Mike Scully regarding the relocation of the monument signage. Per my conversation and email to Mike yesterday, we were going to keep the original 10’-0” length of the signage and redesign the parking screen walls. But, the site walls have been already constructed. To keep the length of the sign at 10’-0”, we will have to demolish the parking screen walls that have already been constructed and have to rebuild them. Our other option is to keep the site walls as is and revise the length of the monument signage to 5’-4”. Attached is the location and size of the monument signage with the parking screen walls as per site condition. . . . " JS
